Method This study is based on action research. The discussion is divided into five parts: finding problems, analyzing problems, generating solutions, implementing solutions, and evaluating results. During the preparation period, academic research discovered and raised the problem of coexistence of poor resources and savings in the nursing master's industry in shaping the autonomous learning of nursing master students in the school; in the next stage, two methods were discussed based on the thesis data and survey reports. The research confirms the richness of this phenomenon, and analyzes the reasons and ways of the problem. It emphasizes that sharing resources is the best way to deal with this problem. In the next stage, academic research uses teaching economics and The education equity theory analyzes the difficulties, and mentions that the implementation of shared resources for undergraduate courses is the best way to deal with the lack of resources and conservation. Results The lack of resources and savings of undergraduate courses for nursing masters is a common phenomenon in the teaching of nursing graduates in China.
